Anyone carry the Rite Bite mouthpiece locally?

I am addicted to the comfort of the Rite Bite mouthpiece, been using them for years, but I refuse to pay $12 shipping for a $7 part. Any shops on Oahu carry them? IDH does not, checked yesterday at the Hawaii Kai shop.
