Yes, and quite frequently.
Loch-Low-Minn is an excellent dive venue.
It's considerably larger than Vortex Springs, although the visibility isn't as good.
Most of the time you'll encounter less than 15 divers at the quarry.
It's about a 2.5 hour drive from Atlanta (126 miles from the Silos in Alpharetta/Roswell)
Easy access/egress
Depths to about 80' - temps vary with season
Interesting structure on the bottom
Navigation course
Buoyancy course
Visibility generally in the 30'-40' range.
Beautiful scenery in the area.
Air fills/nitrox available

The photographs on the web site don't do it justice.

Highly recommended.

You must live within a stone's throw of me as I am in Crabapple as well. Did my O/W and AOW Padi certs with SeaSports back in '99 and my wife and another couple went through SeaVentures for the SDI O/W class in the summer '04.

It seems I'm getting bit by the SCUBA bug again after a trip to Curacao (June this year) for our honeymoon and COZ last October. It helps when you have a supportive spouse who is also a competent dive buddy
