We’re considering a quick trip to the Bahamas in February. Have never gone diving there before but have been there a long time ago with our daughter at a resort. I’m reading about crime and safety issues and I’m wondering if anybody’s been there recently for diving and what they would recommend Both for diving as well as safe places to stay?

The Bahamas is a country comprised of many islands and bunches of dive-ops.

My answer would very greatly depending on which particular island that you were going to.

Grand Bahama ain’t Nassau and it ain’t Salvador everything‘s a little different, depending on where you set foot, or in this case… dip a flipper,
