Nah. I think they’re limiting their initial market to some European countries. I’m curious, just how big is the Libyan Scuba market?
VERY small now. There are only around 5 certified instructors in the country and perhaps the same number of uncertified unlicensed individuals teaching scuba and free diving. Still, Mares, Cressi, SeacSub have dealers in Libya and other big name vendors will be opening dealers soon as the banking payment issues are resolved. Libya will be the next big hot destination in the Mediterranean once, and if, it becomes a functioning state. This is the time to build brand name and customer knowledge not when everyone else is already active and has taken their piece of the pie.
They could just send a polite response and say that they can't do business because of .... and not just ignore my repeated contact attempts.
I’m in the US and they’re ignoring me. Don’t confuse bad marketing for racism. They probably have a $5 marketing budget. And we still love ya!

Why not a RATIO then? They are even superior to Shearwater (I own a Perdix) if you look at the features.. the downside is the (relatively unknown) realibility.. not saying they are bad or good, but there isn't many people owning one. Apart this they look very solid and "cheap" (if compared with the other tech computers).

They are limiting this to the European market as stated several times on their site. I am in the UAE and tried to inquire about the "try before you buy" program and received this:
"This product is currently not available in your country due to production limits. We are doing our best to have it available as soon as possible."
I would be very interested to see how it works and hope someone here gets one so we can get a review.

I bet dollars to donuts that this is a new reincarnation of the Genz xDeep Black computer now presenting itself as a Shearwater clone. Any takers? Piotr and Sebastian had some "interresting" supply side issues last time around. Caveat emptor.
Not sure but this comes from their "About" section: Tecdiving is a manufacturer of scuba diving equipment sold under own brands but also as OEM equipment for other brands. We have our own production facility with cnc machines and machines for SMT production, located in the south of Poland. We have got 27 years of experience in designing, developing and manufacturing.
