Any chance of this rolling again? I would take 10 or so for G250/v and R395 if they fit.

How about a Spline Wrench you can makes as many copies of as you need?

I have one, it just doesn't clear the nut on non-SP hoses so I use pliers. I would prefer to just be rid of them.
That's why I made this one. And it can be printed scaled up by a few % if it doesn't fit.

Looks awesome but buying a printer, learning how to use it, testing fit, learning how to scale and then reprinting seems seems harder than nagging @buddhasummer and @Open Ocean Diver into selling their nuts. 🥜
Cost me $1 to print at my local library. Super simple. I just submitted the .stl file and voila!

Isn't the G250 the same as the haclyon halo? Is the jam nut the same size? If so, you can get H hex headed jam nuts from scubadelphia and probably any other H dealer.

I did that and received a nut for each of the Halo and Aura yesterday. The aura nut looks like the best replacement on a G250. It has a small section where there is no hex which is not present on the G250 splined nut and probably seats inside a washer but I am thinking I will run it backwards.

The Halo nut has the "built-in" washer or "flats" and looks like a better replacement for the G250v. But I havent had time to try it yet.

When I can get to it I will also be trying them on the R395 but from the outside the Aura nut looks a better match.
