Any good horse riding in Cancun?

You might be wondering why I ask this question on a diving forum. Well, my wife is a non-diver but likes the geegees so if I can point out some well run horsey places it might make it a bit easier for me to go on a a dive or 2 in Cancun.

i work for sunset group in cancun and our park tres rios has horseback riding on the beach. they also have snorkeling on the reef right off of the beach but i am not sure if there is any scuba there

Do a search for Rancho Loma Bonita. Its a decent operation and they are off Highway 307 about oh, 40 minutes or so south of Cancun. If you can ask for Willie, he is a great guide. The scenery is beautiful and they have a bunch of horses to choose from.
