Any Good Dive Ops for both Beginners and Advanced Divers?

I'm an experienced diver headed to Grand Cayman for the first time with some friends who are new divers.

Any recommendations on a dive op that can cater to both of our needs? An op with multiple DMs that separate new and intermediate/advanced divers would be ideal. I'd like to avoid a situation like I've experienced in the past where I'm stuck puttering around at 40ft for 20 minutes while my friends work on mask clearing and fin pivots.

Don Foster's tend to have different groups with different experience levels.

Really, though, the standard dives here (N Wall, Turtle Reef, Sunset House, etc.) are not challenging and well siuted to new divers.

DiveTec can cover all your needs if you ask. It all depends on your definition of advanced diving. They support everything from rebreathers to tri-mix and many of their DM's are actually tec instructors so they have the ability to cover all your needs. That being said, you'll need call them and discuss what you want because the vast majority of their customers (like all dive ops on the island) want the standard recreational wall deep dive then shallow second dive. One solution would be to hire your own private DM and dive whatever profile you want.

Another option to consider is shore diving from their main shop at Cobalt Coast or their new Lighthouse Point location. By shore diving, you can plan your own profiles to accomodate both begining skills and advanced. Both locations would be great for this as they have shallows for the new divers but farther out deep walls for dives below 200ft if that's your thing.

When we were there several years ago we dove with Red Sail and they were definitely a big boat operation that sorted divers by ability levels.
