I love how Frenchies painted their building to look like a dive flag. Any suggestions for a smaller boat for experienced divers in Ambergris Caye?

dove with him and his son a bunch of times. He has smaller boats so not as many people and they will let you do your own thing - always had a great time. He leaves from right down town by the ferry landing.

Apologies for the typo above which I have tried to get fixed.
It is RAMONS that I had concerns with about safety.
NOT AMIGOS. Amigos was responsible and safety oriented. I would return and send family and friends there.

Unfortunately, I had concerns about RAMONS and am not sure I would send family or friends to the operation unless improvements were made around safety including communication, coordination, and equipment. There was a concerning safety issue on one of my dives sending a Ramons customer to the hospital hooked to oxygen tanks. Ramon's seemed completely unprepared to handle the situation on the boat and there was complete lack of organization and communication. This is apart from the customer service issues around Ramons highlighted elsehwere in this forum- complete indifference to individual customers unless you are part of a large group. No communication. No coordination. No planning. No prep.

Until I stopped going to Belize, I have had hundreds of dives with Amigos. Fruit, etc., was always served.

25+ years ago the dives were 45 minutes but I'd noticed it a change to longer dives in the latter years. Are you saying that has changed back?

You could try Rudy at Island Divers. Rudy is owner operator.

Amigos had great fruit and sometimes home made bread!

Whoa! That's new! They never had homemade bread, or bread at all, in my 2 decades with them! 😄

I’ve loved my experience on Ambergris Caye with Sunbreeze and their onsite dive shop Ambergris Divers. I got my OW cert there that served me well for around the world

Your bottom time with them is going to depend on your buddy / crew
