Any Divers on West Side of Sound, Kitsap/South Sound?

I am looking divers who would be interested in regular shores dives. I would like to set up some routine dives, like tuesday night in manchester or something. I would even consider starting a dive club that focused on shore dives and worked on getting divers in the water on a regular basis, rather than the dive clubs that are focused on big trips and boat dives.

I would like to maybe setup a chance for divers no this side interested in local shore dives to get together have dinner and just share some times they'll be diving so we know when and where we can find a buddy.

Just throwing out some ideas.
