Diving might resume in Moalboal Philippines on Tuesday 16 June but the borders are not open to incoming foreigners.

Where can I find more info on scuba board related to St Lucia?
If you did not manage to find what you are looking for - these are great resorts on St Lucia but read carefully what they say. You can book them direct or thru our European or US offices.

Dear Scuba Travel Professionals,

I hope that you are well and that you, just like us, are hoping for better times!
We wanted to give you an update on Anse Chastanet, Scuba St.Lucia and Jade Mountain.

We are planning to reopen the resorts on July 1 but there are some challenges, in regard to the prescribed entry requirements for Saint Lucia.
• Visitors are required to present certified proof of a negative COVID-19 test, taken within 48 hours of boarding their flight.
You can find this on link: COVID-19 | St. Lucia Tourism Authority

Even though the borders officially re-opened on June 4, the U.S. airlines cancelled their June flights because of the required pre-arrival Covid 19 testing that is impossible to obtain within a 48 hour period, and also, airlines not wanting to be responsible to review any results on check-in.
As you can imagine, we have urged the government to review and modify the entry requirements.

In order to re-open the reports, we need to ensure that guests can actually get into the country. We will advise you on this asap.

Hotels in Saint Lucia were presented with a list of detailed protocols which must be implemented prior to being able to apply for a re-opening of the businesses.
We are in process of implementing these protocols.

Here are our health and sanitization protocols. We will send the scuba specific protocols separately, and have closely modeled them on PADI recommendations.

We were told by the Government that scuba-diving may recommence by August 1. At the time of writing this, there are efforts under way by us and the diving association to bring this date forward.

In light of the COVID-19 travel uncertainty, we have temporarily changed our cancellation terms.
- Any new booking for any arrival dates between July 1 – Dec 21, 2020 and Jan 3-21, 2021 will be subject to a reduced cancellation penalty period of 7 nights.
- A cancellation fee of 3 nights will apply for any such bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival.
- No show or cancel on arrival day attracts a 100% penalty charge
- The reduced cancellation period of 7 nights is also applicable for any existing bookings for travel between July 1 – Dec 19, 2020 and Jan 3-21, 2021, until any such time that we will send out amended terms.
- Group cancellation terms differ and remain same as published. We can always address group needs individually.
- Dec 22- Jan 2 Festive Cancellation terms differ: Festive bookings cancelled within 21 -8 days prior attract a 50% canx fee. A 100% canx fee applies if festive booking cancelled within 7 days to arrival.

Below is a reminder of previously sent information.

Friend got back from St. Croix end of last week. He loved it. Said the diving was really good. None in his group of four had been there before. Flew American from IND via MIA. No long layovers.

The Idea of the PADI Map ist not bad, indeed.
I just checked a few things and, sorry, but I'm not impressed
Turkey has the label "Travel in/Travel out not allowed". The borders are open since 12.05.2020.
In Egypt a lot of dive shops are missing and the locations of existing one are quite off.
Information for Germany are better. The ones i was able to check was in line with what i know.
Obviously it is highly depending on what the shops are reporting to PADI.

Maybe it's different for other destinations.

Let's hope they will improve actuality and accuracy.
