I have left two messages about information on a Zeagle product on the Contact Us section of the Zeagle web site with no response or even an email confirming that the messages were received.

This seems strange as Zeagles Customer Service has always been top notch.
 
Scott - Ive had the zeagle line cutter 2 ea. on order through my local dive shop in panhandle florida for about a month. I know there are issues with the BC's taking forever from suppliers. Is this also the case for the line cutters? Better be glad your product is top notch, your suppliers would put you out of business if the quality wasnt there.

Obviously, we don't make those here...they are made in Italy. I actually met with the manufacturer at the DEMA show, and was told that they should ship out next week...so we should have them shortly after that!
