I just don't log dives
outstanding topside conditions offshore the upper keys today; sunny skies, light winds, and seas <1FT. beneath the sea, not so much: limited particulate blue visibility 25-35FT, moderate+ current, water temp 77F @ 20-35FT. deep sites once again undoable, so elected to double on the MOLASSES southern exposed buoy, M1(commercial operators stayed north to avoid the current). the usual subjects, pics from TIMG,,,,

I can't even believe those filefish images - REALLY good work!

Hi Phil and Tim, two days in a row, you always make me wish I was diving. I agree with @CajunDiva the Scrawled Filefish munching on the jellies are fantastic. I really like the shot of the Trumpetfish shadowing the Black Grouper. Is that another Marbled Grouper, I don't think I've ever seen one?

Thank you scubadada. Correct on the shadowing - don't see that stationary - usually on the move together, they were under a ledge just sitting there. Yes marbled grouper, there are at least 2 that we see fairly often now. This photo is the larger one.

always great photos...thanks for sharing....the turtle is magnificent.
