Announcement of Closing of China Dive Exhibition (CDEX) Operations

East West MICE (Shanghai) Co Ltd have hosted China Dive Exhibition from 2005, which has been an ongoing annual event for the International Dive Community to understand and enter the China Dive Market. In 2007, it was further reinforced as a platform for the community to share and exchange ideas between the International and Local Dive Sectors to build up the market.

Today, it is with regret that we should announce the official closure of CDEX operations due to our companyÃÔ strategic refocus into other areas. East West MICE (Shanghai) Co Ltd would like to thank all exhibitors, partners and supporters who have made this a successful and meaningful platform over the past 4 years and we wish you the best in your future endeavor in the China dive market.

Furthermore, if any exhibitors, partners and supporters have already signed any legally binding agreements with us for CDEX 2009 and made payment in accordance with the agreements, we undertake to refund any prepaid amount within one month upon issuance of this Announcement subject to the terms and conditions of the agreements made between the relevant parties. Please be in touch with us for such prepaid amount refund. Should any party fail to contact us within one month from date of issuance of this announcement, it should be deemed to have waived the right to claim any prepayment, expenses or losses from East West MICE (Shanghai) Co Ltd and we will not be liable for any losses or expenses suffered by any party as a result of any act or misconduct on the part of East West MICE (Shanghai) Co Ltd and its employees.
