mofosaurus- "classic geek over analysis?" It's exactly what I was thinking when I watched the film in the theater. I'd say it is a pretty reasonable reaction. I wouldn't simply surface in a possibly sealed cave like that.
Wait a minute! Are you guys telling us that everything we see in movies can't be done in real life? Man, I gotta rethink my goals for when I grow up. See, I thought, movies had to be real in order to entertaining. LOL
I wanted to put my two cents in here. I did read the post from Marebythesea and did find it offensive. I am one of the most open people on this board but I do realize that it is a family oriented board. I personnally agree with what the mods did and will support what they do on this board. They have a hard job.
Ah RavenC, I've been clear that my preference is for ladies with dark hair, but I don't think I've ever said I would rule out a blonde! The only woman I'd totally rule out would be one who fell on the lower slope of the Gaussian distribution for intelligence.
I'd just like my world rocked right about now. Hmmm... one of my dive buddies called a few nights ago to say she was thinking of breaking up with her BF. Maybe there's hope?
What am I doing here on SB when I should be finishing my second paper for the conference and putting together the PowerPoint presentation... or diving!
