    For $200+ that should have some kind of cover to keep sand and crap from getting in there.

    Perhaps you could get a 3D printed cover by a fraction of the price of the original.
    It would be needed the exact messurements to be able to 3D print a cover, just to prevent from sand and dust coming in.
