ScubaPro G2 lost my last dives.

I arrived after a week in Raja Ampat when I went to download the dives to the computer and there was nothing.
It's in the statistics but it missed the dives of the last 2 months.

How is it possible on a watch like this?

I don't have much luck with the ScubaPro always having problems.

I no longer trust this brand. It has good regulators and nothing more

1. Did you contact the dealer where you bought it or Scubapro about this issue?

2. Did you download the October and November dives at any point prior?
