Aluminum 80 fix?!?

In contrast, aluminum cylinders are ubiquitous in tropical regions. In warm water regions, thinner exposure protection does not necessitate vast amounts of weighting. As such, the cylinders do not form part of an overall weighting strategy...... except for those who routinely dive grossly over-weighted....
I agree, for aluminum 80cf you only need 2lbs to be neutral near empty, so I simply added to my sidemount rig
 
I have a couple of 2 1/2lb ring weights made for the bottom of a 7.25 tank. They're about 1/4" thick...Didn't know they weren't easily available. I don't use them anymore since I have steels.
