Don't think you can go wrong with either brand here as far as quality goes. I don't have either one personally, but know people who do and they'r both universally respected.
With wetsuits, fit is the most important and each manufacturer has their own sizings and cutting patterns. Try on both brands if at all possible, and go from there. Don't buy an ill-fitting suit because it's cheap. You'll wind up spending more $$ in the long run when you replace it later.
