Rick and Jeff at See in Sea have a $250/100 fills card and they have a brand new nitrox setup! Kind of hard to find the first time, but well worth it. They are between Chinatown and the Dole Cannery.

I know IDH charges $8 per rental tank, so fills are probably reasonable too if you're on that side.
yes, we have been through the sea-lancers oily air discussion 200 times now. They had crappy air for about 2 days, someone said something..they havent had bad air since then.
No more See in Sea..... I'm going to Honolulu Scuba Company these days. Nice folks.... good compressor and a pretty easy set up. Check em out on the web:

I dropped by their shop a couple months ago to check them out. Nice folks. I'll probably use them for fills/rentals next time I'm diving that area.
