Advanced Nitrox,TDI or IANTD?

I think it's like TDI's Deco prodecures class, ie air down to 160ish ft, deco on nitrox.

The requirements to take the Advanced Nitrox course are pretty low. Most divers with as few dives as that dont have great bouyancy. With 50% you get a larger margin for error without pushing your PP02 too high. With 100% that marging for error gets smaller.

If you can hold your bouyancy +/- 1 foot I would not worry about it.

When the day is over doesn't it all come down to 2 things? 1) how well you learned the material and have a grasp on things and 2) how well the instructor trained you?

I am going to be doing an Advanced Nitrox course in a few weeks time. I need to decide between TDI (Advanced Nitrox/Deco) or IANTD(advanced Nitrox). The only obvious difference I see between the two is that TDI allows 100% O2 for deco. Which should I choose? (Instructor would be the same either way so that is not a factor)

Simple decision.

Just tell your instructor that you want to cover all of the material in both classes.
