We made 5 or 6 dives on the Adolphus Busch this week. The 400-500 pound Goliath grouper was there and we saw it on all of the dives. There were also 3 or 4 smaller (200 lb) ones tagging along.

The best vis we had was about 120 feet as I could see the aftersection of the wheelhouse from the forecastle. Water temp was 82-85° F on the bottom & current was nil.
 
The Busch was a nice wreck. I wish we had more bottom time on it when I went down there.

I missed the stinkin' grouper, though. Some others saw him, as well as some huge groupers on Looe Key. I missed those, too :(

Oh well, maybe next time.

Hi

We dove that wreck three years ago and saw that grouper. We also, while hanging around 15 ft, watched a whale shark go across amidship. Very impressive, unfortunately no pictures.
