ADO Bus in October 09?

We are flying into Cancun October 28th and then were planning on taking the bus down to Playa and then the Ferry over to Cozy.

But looking at the ADO schedule, it looks like there are only 3 busses running..

Does this sound correct? Any idea why it cuts back so much next month from the current schedule of one every 1/2 hour?

You are looking at the wrong schedule. There's a route from Cancun Aeropuerto, Qroo to Playa del Carmen, Qroo (not Playa del Carmen Alterna.) Cost is 90 pesos p/p each way. Schedule is at Ticketbus -- you want the one-way schedule/viaje sencillo; if you get to the screen with "marca", select "Riviera."

Sometimes the site doesn't work for dates far in advance but the schedule is the same every day except Sunday so pick the appropriate day of this week and/or check closer to your departure date.

It may be a problem with their schedule, I just checked those dates again and found NO trips.

tek- Yeah, it says the schedule's not available -- happens all the time. The site doesn't work well for future dates but, rest assured, the buses will be running that day.

Wednesday midday departures from CUN to PDC: 10:50, 11:30, 12:30, 1:20, 2:05, 2:50, 3:35, 4:20. Fare 90 pesos. That should cover your time frame. If not, let me know -- there are earlier & later buses as well.
