A week in Loreto

Check the water temps during Xmas week. It really cools heading into the winter and will likely be 68-70 degs F. This compared to 84-86 in Aug - Sept.

December is still a reasobly good month for divers. Yes, temp will be around the mid 70s. The visibility can become fairly unstable around those dates, as the cold, plankton-rich water starts upwelling and hence reducing it. Often the water clears up once you get a bit deeper, but I think you could enjoy 30-50ft viz with some luck.
