Solved: A single location for addressing supporter/sponsor renewals

Seeing comments/posts in numerous threads, it may be best to have a single forum that then can be monitored to address this issue of renewal of sponsorship. Folks are not happy with the status quo (and it is an unfortunate situation causing the hiccup). Maybe with a forum place it can be better monitored.

Similar to the "User Name Change Request" Forum...

Just a thought.
