Been a while since I printed these.... 4 versions (varying thickinesses of material). Purge cover itself prints in TPU, diaphragm retainer and face ring print in ABS or PETG

Small holes are for 3mm screws to secure the mold, flared holes are for injecting silicone (hold at angle and fill from "lower" hole until silicone comes out upper hole free of air bubbles). Use 2 part mold making silicone. Seal seam between mold pieces with electrical tape prior to filling.

Print 2 outer mold halves and 1 inner mold. secure together with screws and wrap seams with electrical tape. Fill via flare holes with 2 part mold making silicone, holding mold at an angle filling from lower hole until silicone flows out upper hole free of bubbles.

Your tolerances may vary, lol. Been awhile since I printed one, but I know of a couple out in the wild.

The nylock nuts, yes. I have it on my handle/grip thing GoPro handle with YS mount by unbeli and i glue the nut using epoxy.
But from my experience, a normal nut works as well because there is quickly some deposition of salt or corrosion. So far, nothing has loosened itself.
