Grew up in San Angelo, Did my time at Texas Tech, (back when Lubbock was dry and you had to go to the strip with a bad fake id to buy beer) been to Amarillo several times...you're right, Coz is better. Did a Santa Rosa trip last year and watched a guy try to eat the free steak. He didn't get it done and I was sure he was going to use the bucket...he called calf rope in time though. I can't imagine what that would do to the other diners....yuck.Since your system works well for you, then great. We're comparing ideas here which will vary in usefulness to others, but I've learned a lot reading of such.
Have you ever been to Amarillo? It's 250 miles from Tuttle, but on the way to many places more interesting. It's a hundred miles from me, so I'd rather meet you in Coz sometime.
