The place that I think could best pull it off is Casa Mexicana. They already have a wonderful breakfast buffet that is free for guests and last I checked about $12 for outsiders. It opens at 7am which makes it tight but I've stayed there several times and made it work. Be there at 7am, eat fast, out by 7:20 for a 5 minute walk. But then I'm a fast eater - take a bite, chew, swallow, take a bite, chew, swallow, repeat until done - and save the small talk for on the boat. I've also heard but never tried that you can request the night before to have a breakfast-to-go box be ready for you at 7am.
This is actually why we like to stay there. Hit breakfast, then off the the dive shop to setup the rebreather from drying overnight - 10min walk to Deep Exposure's shop

That is one of the reasons I stay there. The staff is really nice, the AC is good, the beds are really comfortable, and the location is good to go to other restaurants. I prefer not being right in the heart of the tourist district, and it's a one minute walk to the Aldora pier as well as the shop. The bathroom is good sized, and there is plenty of oht water. It even has a pool (although it's veyr small.) The only thing it doesn't have is being right on the ocean.

The wading pool is perfect to cool off with a beer from the bar a few steps away after walking around. It's also fun to sit next to the rail and people watch on Melgar. Last time there was a jewelry store below and we would amuse ourselves listening to the sales hawk try to rope people in. He would often look up at us and smile and wave. We were walking out one day and he started to say something then recognized us and said oh no, you know all my lines! We had a good laugh.

Do they do surface interval deliveries
