Roy!!!! i was thinking about you a day or so ago!!

today ive been lazy as im so flat out at work it isnt funny but i have training tomorrow

btw - im thinking of booking thrusday 6.15am kickboxing... thinking aboot it anyways
 
1.5 mile 30 min walk around the neighborhood with the pupper.

this morning was 6.15am session and tonight was work yoga.... i think yoga nearly killed me!

thinking about 6.15am tomorrow kickboxing session.... dont know if im going to go yet but im prepared by making tomorrows lunches and packing bag for work ... thinking about going
 
Went diving today using double tank in hopes of moving to tech diving. Also afterwards, I went for a long walk so that counts as my exercise. However, can't exercise after diving because of risk of the bends :confused2:
 
had a busy weeekend stuck in the office but this morning was at it with a 6.15am 4klm run (2miles??)

i still suck but i did it :D
 
OK, enough goofing off... Back on the work out trail 6 miles on the recumbant bike and light lifting...Missed you guys...

Hey congrats you guys on sticking to it!

I did 5 skin dives yesterday plus playing around in the surf on Sat. Wow is that strenuous! And yesterday, I swam 1000m + skills (ditch & recovery, buddy air breathing, etc.)

Just a reminder, although the title of this thread is 30min x 7 days, professional trainers always have you work out 6, not 7 days a week. The resting day is important to allow the body healing time around the micro strains that are just a normal part of training.
