Yuck, this morning wind has got to bugger off. The girls and I did 13 minutes of hard walking this morning coz I knew I wasn't going to put up with being sand blasted for long so I really pushed.

Then I came home and did ten hard ones on the elliptical.

I hate not having my 45 minute+ walk in the morning, ruins my whole day LOL

darilyn - I'm so jealous...wish I could say goodbye to seven pounds like that...
 
It isn't easy, Alcina....so don't be too jealous.

Didn't make it yesterday...but I have hopes for today...I'm back on the "eating" track...so that's good news.

Almighty....in October! :D
 
its 6am and i dont "have to" go anywhere for training :D

but at lunchtime i will be doing the multi store shop and going from one shopkeeper to another so i know i will get at least 40min fast pace walk
 
Home from the gym. Did 32 minutes on the treadmill (1.75 miles and approximately 270 calories), followed by 16 minutes on the stationary bike (5.0 miles and approximately 108 calories). Not as drastic as I would have liked given my dietary "Whoops!" yesterday, but something is better than nothing ......

Still on the eating wagon...so that's something, right?

Allergies kicked me in the butt yesterday, so I didn't get to the gym...too wiped out. Didn't sleep well last night, so when I get there tonight I won't have the energy to work out as hard as I'd like....oh well....I'm working on it.
 
Damn wind! It's too breezy to hit the beach in the mornings lately so we've been skipping it.

Yesterday I did a huge 60 minute walk for all of my errands...I pumped hard through all the walking (one stop was a 15 minute walk each direction so I got some nice stretches in there, too). We did a 50 minute beach walk in the afternoon, too.

Day before I ended up doing a total of 32 minutes on the e-machine along with some weights for my arms.

I'm moving every day, so feeling good about that.

I was in such a rush yesterday that I didn't take my camera - didn't even realise til I was halfway to the beach. Oh well, maybe later today!
 
take it easy for a day Ms Darilyn if you are feeling really flat. this isnt permission to eat crazy, just dont push yourself physically if you are feeling really flat so you can bounce back tomorrow

i felt that way yesterday and today im looking forward to tonights kickboxing... well im looking forward to it now, dont know how much i will be looking forward to it once it starts :lotsalove:
 
omg - my tummy hurts sooo much from all the crunches tonight!

crunches and pushups and boxing and running and more boxing and then crunches and pushups and punching the bag WHILE pushing up!!!

i still suck but i really enjoyed the session tonight... i really felt like i got a workout :multi:

off diving tomorrow at oak park... i dont think ive dived it since i was a single gal :shocked:
 
Still no working out.....but I'm looking forward to going tonight....at least I will be until I have to go :)

With any luck, it'll be a good class and I'll be hurting when I get up this time tomorrow.

im claiming my diving today.... oak park, havent been there for about 8yrs and we did 2 90min dives :multi:
