Hey...how come nobody is speaking at all...is everybody giving me the silent treatment, did I wore out my welcome...?...that makes me sad..:bncry:.:sad2:
 
Skipped the daily workout for a few days......work was just too crazy and my parents were in town over the weekend. Sitting in an airport now on my way to another city for work, dreaming of spending a couple hours in the hotel gym :)
 
Howdy gang!

Well I've been real busy this last week! Phew!

Been dive leading all last week, 2-3 dives a day, alot of bouncing! Needed to start early, so no cardio for me, unless you can call lifting tanks, finning etc as cardio! hehe

Yesterday I did a 45min bike ride and straight after a 25min run - a sort of mini biathlon! - Then home to do a few weights and floor exercises. However in the afternoon, I sat down, and watched a film and a shark documentary, with about 200g of milk choccy - not good!!! tut tut...

Today I did a quick 15min (3.5km) run and some weights and floor exercises - now doing 25 push ups!

Tomorrow, plan to do a bit of a longer run...I want to get my 5km speed/time down to 23mins, then slowly (or rather faster) get down to 20mins
 
Minus 6 pounds in a week. Figure most of it is water weight, but hey I'm sticking to it. You feel so much better once you get into the grove of working out.
 
3 late nights in a row and no motivation... not ignorning you Roy... feeling very blahhhh and wishing your drive would rub off on me

have givine hubby orders to kick me out of bed tomorrow and force me to go for a walk.... i know i only need to walk for a week to get into the grove

starting a'new again!!!
 
Morning All...

This morning

* Run for 28mins at an average of 12.4km/hr
* 20 Press Ups
* 20 Sit Ups
* Upper body dumbbell work out

Come on Alimity - get back in the groove! We know you can do it! :-)

HIya all. Been a REALLY long time since I have been in this thread. Mostly due to me not working out and flat out embarassment on the weight I have put back on. Dang, that was easy! Chocolate (sugar) is a friend, but not to my waist!!
Somehow I managed to get up before the alarm clock and took the dog for a walk. I should be doing this every day, however, I have been quite crafty in finding ways for him to exercise, not me!
The wind was quite stiff, and the humidity down, and feeling the cool night air, we trekked on. I turned a corner..... and started to jog!!!! :shock: It has been so long since I jogged. It felt so good, and not paying attention, a few minutes later, I realized I was breathing heavy and had covered quite a distance, quite a bit further than I intended to jog when I first started out! Cool Beans! All I can say is "wow, that felt good."

and im back frommy WALK!!!!!!!!! only 30mins as i had a bit of a snooze but i did it!

now to repeat........ :multi:
