we also priced up a SA trip to see leafys but again, its cheaper for us to go OS than our own country

and mmmmmmmmmm shopping.........

I know, doesn't that suck. And even if you decide to go, the accommodations and such just aren't on par even though you spend MORE money.

Yeah, mostly camera gear this time (Canon's 100-400 yummy!) but also clothes and shoes. My suitcase goes over with just enough clothes for two days, literally. :multi: :multi:

Just home from the gym -- first day back in a while but did 35 minutes on the treadmill. 3.2-3.5 mph, 3.0-7.0 incline, 302 calories.

morning guys! made it to the gym last night for a 60 min. cross training class...thought i'd be hurting, but no go

i'm almost excited about the weigh in tomorrow...stepped on the scale last night and got good news!

The size of that wedding dress is getting closer to single digits with every passing day

I did the 40+ minute high pace beach walk, 2 x 20 minute brisk walks and 2 x 10 minute brisk walks yesterday. Didn't do a second beach walk in the afternoon, so sure glad I did the one in the morning!

this morning it took hubby 20mins to get me out of bed but once i did i plodded along for 45mins

but - its getting warmer and today i was sweating up and down those hills :fruit:

Gorgeous birds! I've been slack on the whole camera thing...need to get that going.

Saw a beautiful bird I've not seen here before - brilliant green underneath with a dark blue head...I think some sort of parrot thing. It was gone before I could get the camera and walk back to where I saw it. I'll keep an eye out.
