Anyways, did cardio and muscle training, don't know if diving tomorrow, if not, then gonna wait for my UPS stuff to come home especially my new drysuit hood thats going to be use with a wetsuit. Very ironic huh?
 
Nope, not going diving tomorrow, did an additional 60 minute cardio before midnight. Now I can sleep well. :D
 
I have battled the dreaded e machine this morning. My exercise has taken such a back seat lately and I have felt pretty miserable about it, along with the muscle tone fading fast. My body, which I was so proud of a few months ago is quickly turning back to the body I had a year ago! I need to do something. So I prayed. And last night before falling off to sleep, I asked the dear Lord to help me. I awoke from a sound sleep at 5:20, and despite my best efforts to fall back asleep, got out of bed and exercised. The importance of the time being, that is the time my alarm goes off when I set it early to exercise. I got the message. Instead of jogging though, I got on the e machine with my MP player and sweated out some tunes. Easier to sweat when you have no A/C!!! Whew! I do believe a shower is in order!

great going on a great start!!!!!!!!! my legs are feeling sore from 3 days of 1hr walks but
WE HAVE TO KEEP GOING!!!!!!!!

I've been doing walks etc the past few days but bad about putting it down here. Yesterday a friend and I took our cameras (fully loaded backpacks have to add to the benefit, right?) and headed out for over five hours of exploring and shooting fun. We didn't walk all the time but we did cover a fair amount of ground as well as clambering up and over a lot of stuff and squatting so much that my legs are very sore today! Better than hitting the gym!

Another 55 minute beach walk tonight was lovely...
 
Now to just keep me away from the sweets today. I am telling myself sugar is my enemy....grrrhhh. If I can go 3 days without, I am good to go.
 
Hi, everyone! You all are motivating me today! And I'd LOVE to get in a good walk, but... I just had my knees injected with a steroid, so no distance walking today. I think that once my knees are feeling better again, I'll be more apt to jump back into my old routine and MOVE MY BUTT again!

At least my weight is maintaining... so that's good. ;)

That said, I'll be diving on Saturday.
 
another morning up early and 60mins up and down hills!!!!

i can almost feel spring in the air and that EXCITES ME as its getting warmer!!!!
 
32min run this morning.

30mins in the gym at lunchtime!

I have my training program now, which was done by the personal trainer at the gym for me. Its targeting arms, chest and of course abs!

Went diving last night, 51min dive at around 10meters - work out my SAC rate (sorry for not being 'dorky') - 13ltrs/min!! woohoo!
