As to what I have accomplished to today....15 min walk with Max this morning, to be followed by another longer walk while we got unloaded at wallyworld! Thank goodness that it quit raining here! Starting to feel like a drowned rat!

Hey TG are you putting ice on that knee and keeping off of it when you can? I have found that using those heat pads that stick to you work nice too. I think they are by Thermocare. The heat usually makes my knee feel better when I ding it up.

Your right leg is hurting cause it's taking the brunt of the load from your injured left one.

I am not a MED TECH this is just my opinion from my own experience!

Well today's exercise was a bit different, not sure how long exactly maybe 3 hours, not really sure but it was a 6 mile round trip Kayak run, boy will my arms be sore tomorrow.
 
Awww....I have left my weight to get out of control. :( So sad....Well, back to exercising and dieting on salmon, bread, and potato.

Finished the day yesterday by helping dig the two last remaining bouganivllas out, planing a couple Pentas, putting the screening around the shed to keep the rabbit out (bad Thumper!!), and clipped the dog. Didn't get to bed till after midnight, and am up early today. Was hoping to sleep in till 9 or so, but here it is 8 and I have been up a half hour already. Amazing how the sweets (chocolate) drain me. I am weeding myself off of them this weekend and it is working!
Bit achy from the yard work, will finish up with a couple more chainsaw cuts. Then it is time to tackle the house. ug. Would rather work outside then clean the house.
