Oh sciatica. When your butt goes numb - you've got it! Well, at least that's what happens to me when my nerve gets pinched. :dance_2:

As for me - I am dying (okay, not dying but ... you know) to go for a hike but the pollen is driving my allergies absolutely bonkers.

TG, well im glad to hear that your leg isnt painful as before (yeah!!) and Coach and ER giving some very good advice.... docs like to hand out way too many drugs.
 
hey TG! I just got back here and saw that you had some nasty pain! I have had something similar happen before ( knees ankles hips shoulder!) you just got to take it real easy for a while and ease back into you exercise...but dont give up on it!! Coach is right, there are lots of things you can do and stretching is one of the most important things right now. when you ran the other day, did you stretch real good before you ran?

today i walked the dog a good 20 minutes tonight, crunches and leglifts 15 min

I think it's dancing. I don't know though. It reminded me of the move I used to do when my butt went numb. :D

Exercise for 5/23 (slightly more on topic): 30min (+5 minutes cooldown) on the treadmill, 3.0-7.5 incline, 3.0 to 3.6 mph. Total distance 1.85 miles, 287 calories. Followed up with a "chaser" of the elliptical machine for 13 minutes, intensity level between 4 and 6. 1 mile done, 156 calories. Phew! Shower time and off to bed. Night y'all. See you @ the weigh-in tomorrow (doubt I will have good news.... le sigh!)
 
I'm back after a nice vacation!

Did two nice dive at Pt. Lobos, then went home and did the elipls-whatever thingy machine and I now feel better!

Anyways, went to the doctor to find out why some food are puking out of my mouth and she said because I haven't eaten meat product for more then 2 month, my stomach can't handle the acid anymore. So I'm reduced to eating fish, sushi, and other stuff that is healthy for me. :D Aww...boo hoo, I'm going to miss beef. Like hell I will. :)
 
Eh, I don't think I am going to make it to the gym tonight (unless I get deferred from donating blood this afternoon) so I took a brisk walk outside during my lunch break. Only did about 20 minutes around the campus. Was still nice to at least be active.
 
No more workout for me today, going to prepare for Saturday dive. Probably gonna stay home on Memorial weekend Monday and on Wednesday I'll go to Lobos with my friend. :)
