Nothing wrong with eathing healthy. Just make sure you divide the time with the rum! :D
Good weekend. Hermit Crab and I had a blast! Except for the dust that has permenated every pore of my skin, and every grain of fabric...
Mark is a treat to fossil with, and the horse tooth I found is sweet, as is the sawshark tooth.
Hermit Crab is learning the importance of sunscreen....
I need to make a list now of what stuff needs to be added to my camping stuff.. starting with a bigger vehicle! LOL

It was a great trip, getting away from the city does wonders. I got home, showered, took a nap and got my smoked clothes into the laundry.

We couldn't have had better weather, it was warm and the water was just the right temperature for wading. Lots of little odds and ends and some small shark teeth made up the days take for me. Next year I think I'm going to try snorkeling.

It was good getting together for Fossil III, having missed Fossil II. Friday night was lively, its amazing what sugar does for kids. Saturday night was pretty mellow for everyone, I think the good food and being on the water all day had something to do with it. I was so full I had to switch from beer to wine. Great chicken and beans, the chili was awesome, topped off by salsa and a lobster taster desert, made a fitting ending to a beutiful day.

The kids were a lot of fun, whoever came up with marshmallow blow guns was a sick pup.

Ahhh.. the food! I woke up thinking about that and Greg and I talked about it on the way to work today...

The chicken was amazing! The chili, beans&rice and beans&snausages were absolutely scrumptious, the apple salad was totally tasty, the salsa was addictive.... the salsa on the black beans and rice with a chaser of the either of the bean dishes and a bite of the chicken or even lobster that made an appearence... Lalalalala! I had to take a walk later after dinner to get my guts to sort things out I ate so much!

Friday nights pulled pork was ab-fab as well Dennis!

Hats off to everyone who put their hand to cooking!!!!

simbrooks:
I dont know what was up with all of us hitting the hay so early,
Hello, I had the rum tote!
Glad to hear you all had fun. Looking forward to seeing as many as possible in Ginnie Springs at the end of the month!

Well it has taken me sometime to get back online and post my report and some picks. I got home with Brennan and he only wanted to go in and play with the cats and not unpack, he was upset because we had to leave and come home.

I know we both had a very good time found some teeth and other bones from a turtle, manatee, and even two chunks of a meg. some other bones but i can't remember them all.

It was truly great to see everyone again, for those that couldn't make it, other than seeing the nature nut fall asleep before 9PM, you missed a good time, Of course there was the gossip about everyone that didn't show up, and even some gossip about those that crashed early... JENNY..... LOL

And here comes the pictures And pardon the finger in two of the pics, and NO I wasn't trying to block out my bestest dive buddy
