you can get a weight that fits the bp that I believe can be filled with another 3-5# of lead

Yes... FredT has a 12 pounder... in a long and extra-long variety. (his long is what most manufactures market as 'standard'.)

He has a huge variety of plates starting from 2 pounds all the way up to 17.

Halcyon makes a single tank adaptor that is 7 lbs (I think) that can be added... also you can add trim weight pouches on the tank straps that can be loaded with lead... two straps... four pouches...

Think a bit before you add additional non ditchable weight... the real criteria should be your ability to swim your rig up to the surface assuming a catastrophic failure in your boyency system.

Yes, you can.

The Kraken makes one.

How about two SS plates Sexbolted together?
That way if you find you don't need the weight or need to change,
It can be reasonably accomplished?

Thats would be a realy expensive and silly way to do it.....
You can also buy pancake zincs and bolt them on in unused holes. Look at your local marine store (provided you live near salt water). Much cheaper that weighted STAs.

The Kraken:
Yes, you can.

I know you are making BP. I have seen yours once... It looks a decent piece..

Is there any picture and price range....?
