Today's dive was on "Marty's Reef".
B&B Scuba was also diving the site.
While swimming around a diver approaches me and asks me on his slate if I am "Gilligan". After nodding yes, he writes his nick, "kidspot".

I guess its even a small world under the sea :) Never know what, or who, you'll run into. Great pics as always!

Great "meeting" you today

When I saw a kyak diver jumping in I wondered if it might be you ... glad it was :)

btw - that Octopus stayed out in the open a LONG time - great pic of him too :)

Aloha, Tim

Yeah, you can always tell the local hawaiian divers. They are the ones in the full suits & hoods in nearly 80* water. :D

Yup.

Kidspot, Were DM'ing for B&B or just out for the day?

Hey - the water wasn't 80* ... it was 79* ... big difference ya' know

DM'ing / IDC with B&B - that dive mostly DM as there were no students onboard.

Great shots as always, Jim. By the way, all of us "warm water wussies" here in Florida strongly agree with a full suit for cold water diving (i.e., less than 82 degrees)!!!
