Hi,

I'm flying from Singapore to Cebu with Cebu airpacific
In singapore airport (changi), I have to transfer from Terminal 3 to Budget terminal.
taking into consideration that i need to clear arrival immigrations, collect my baggage and clear Customs before checking-in again; do you think that a buffer of 2h30 will be sufficient to transfer from T3 to budget terminal ?

So you are arriving at Singapore and have 2.5 hrs to make the connection with Cebu Pacific to Cebu. Right?
Have you considered that your arrival at Singapore might be delayed? If you miss the connection you are more than likely require to buy a new ticket!!!
On the other hand...........
You should had thought about it before purchasing the ticket.

I've done that transfer several times and i think 2.5 hours will be fine
