    Liquivision Xen with PC interface

my zen is very accurate. I dive with an atomic cobalt and use the zen as a backup. Both units display the same depth, time & temp consistently - so maybe you have a lemon. LV offers a two year warranty so why not exchange or send into Liquivision.

Cathx Ocean - Euphos Dive Light: First Impression

A guy on a euro dive forum had similar flickering issues and he changed the magnet (ebay 1/16 or 1/8 dia) in the bezel and secured with epoxy and now it works great... my solus still works for now but will try this method if I have any issues. Seems to be a very expensive paper weight.

    Necklace Octo holder

I called a few more LDS that are Atomic dealers and they are quoting around $170-190 for a 7 foot hose with stainless steel swivel. That's sounds better then 40" for 280.00. I know the swivel is not GUR/DIR compliant, but I'm not a cave/tech diver. If I choose the tech route one day I can easily...

    Necklace Octo holder

Not for 4 more inches. Actually $800 is a guesstimate. I called atomic to order a 40" inch hose with swivel and they quoted me $280.00. So I'm only guessing that it would be very expensive. I could go the generic route for a 100.00 or so and may do that when the time comes.

    Necklace Octo holder

I use the same setup: underarm with 90 degree swivel. Works great! Maybe one day I will switch to the long hose but unfortunately a 6 foot atomic swivel hose will cost me about $800.00.

    Necklace Octo holder

Yes, I realize that according to gue/dir standards... I don't have a long hose, but my octo is 4 inches longer then my primary so I would give my octo. All I'm saying is for basic diving instructions it makes sense to place the "octo" on a necklace as an alternative to side mounting or lack...

    Necklace Octo holder

I don't understand why the necklaced octo is not standard. The PADI instructor guide clearly shows that the octo placement should be inside of the triangle as shown below. I think a necklaced octo would fall into that same area - don't you? Ironically most divers clip their octopus on the right...

    Liquivision Xen with PC interface

Are you running the latest firmware 2.25? Not seeing issues with it not keeping correct time/depth/temp from other users and their previous posts? There were known issue of timer being a little fast and unusual battery drain, but thought they addressed that in firmware updates. Just a thought...

Welcome to the Atomic Aquatics Forum!

But it will fit the others just not a sleek? I'm confused? Will it damage the other regs if I put one on?

Welcome to the Atomic Aquatics Forum!

Hi Ryan, Will a M1 Cave ring fit other atomic regs? I have a b2 and ST1 and was wondering if I could put one on those regs? it seems to be the same size. If not - why? Thanks, Carl

    Atomic Aquatics Cobalt Dive Computer

My simulation dives are showing bottom time as 216 mins no matter what they actually are? I know another user had the same issue, but couldn't find the original post. Also, was there a fix to display actual time (12:00am) during a dive? Thanks
