Simple answer is go back to your training manual(s). What do they suggest? The two agencies I instruct with both tell you to abort and sit out 24hrs. If you don't believe your training or trust the folks that wrote the course.....why bother taking the course??

I use latex cuffs and neck seals. Work better for me. I have tried the neoprene, leaked for me. Wet gloves and Hoods. Integrated socks and boots to fit over. Agan works for me.

Huh??......You can get steels which hold the same volume of air as steels.....Try them and see what you like. Heavier steels may make you roll onto your back ...If you get a larger tank...
