I checked the old and new battery with a digital volt meter.
The old battery was 3.4 volts and new read 3.6.
I have emailed Sherwood, but no reply.
I last had the battery replaced in 2010, but that
shop has since gone out of business.
I have a Sherwood Source Computer that I have been
using as a backup computer. This is the model that
uses the 3.6 volt half AA battery. Recently it malfunctioned,
and I replaced the battery. It will come on, go through the
analysis and then go off. Anyone know where I can send
it for repair...
I remember when due to a shortage of limes the price doubled here.
Supposedly the price increase was because of the cartels actions
as described in the article posted by Gordon. One lime still costs 38 cents.
Actually, if I remember right, there are two more rungs under the water.
If you stand on the top of the ladder, you don’t have to swing a leg over
the top hook. Just step on the seat and down to the deck. Really easy
ladder to use compared to some i have used.
I would be interested in the places where you can get a “better bang for the buck”.
We have been coming to Cozumel for 25+ years and have been all over the
Caribbean and have yet to find a more cost effective diving destination than
Cozumel.
From what I have read, the cruise ships have not been using ferry
boats for any shore excursions. I think the only main land excursions
have been to Tulum,and that is using smaller boats.
Does anyone have any information about more cruisers staying
in town? Maybe that has benefited local...
