Jean Flooded my XTI housing last weekend, my bad as it was the first time down to 90ft and should have taken the housing down to check without the camera first. I sat on the deco bar at 20ft for a few minutes with no issue and when I got to the bottom literally saw the housing filling up...

I'm looking to take it this summer. Everyone I spoke to who has taken it has said it is was the best diving course they have ever taken. Common comment -- improved both diving skills and confidence while diving.

Niles seems to be the best protected 'cove' on Cape Ann when the surf's up, but not sure how good the bug hunting would be. I remember a lot of eel grass.

CAD. My dive buddy had to put his numbers on a few times, with electrical tape. I don't blame them, apparently there is some risk to the boat operator if there is a problem with the catch or if someone is taking without license -- though I'm not 100% sure.

At least one of the dive boat operators will have you put the numbers on if you are bug hunting.
