In Sep. 22, a freediver was reported missing in a training at Shenglong Cave, Guangxi. The freediver tried a 60m dive and not surfaced. Other divers in the team collected the line and the bottom weights and found no body connected to the line. One freediver tried to search at 60m and found nothing.
In Sep. 24, the recovery team gathered with ROV. In Sep. 26, ROV found the body at 226m and at 14:23, the body was surfaced successfully.
The reason maybe: the freediver did not have a buddy when training; he has not used the safety line which connected him to the main line; he tried deep dive (60m) that day more than once. then he may black out and droned.

The recovery report is below in Chinese:

This doesn't sound like a dive you'd do by yourself. Probably all the info we'll ever get.

It is said that there is another diver who shared the same SMB with him but not his buddy.
