The diver had to be rescued due to IPE, which really wasn’t anyone’s fault, and the rescue was handled pretty much perfectly.
Would you happen to know how old the diver was?
I see more and more occurrences of IPE lately, usually in older divers.

I've seen it (and did the rescue) exactly once. In a 37 year old trained for running a half marathon. You never know, but older women tend to be the most likely demographic.
