Beggars can't be choosers:). This muddy hole is free and it's just about in my back yard...and later in life when I'm diving better places I'll really appreciate them all that much more.

A bit late to the party, but concerning lubing those rings I recently bought the antares system (another dryglove system from si tech) for my suit.
Together with it came this lube for the glove's rings:

At the bottom of it there was a sticker with some fine prints on it. So fine that I couldn't read it with bare eyes. I took a photo of it using my phone's camera and to my surprise I saw this:

So we are talking about lip balm (with spf15) here!!!!

Keep it in mind people next time you forget, run out of it or you get dry lips.
All the best

Closest match for a standard size o-ring is “345”.

The red/orange color is typical of silicone but that is not a guarantee.

A pack of 5 size 345 x 70shore o-rings on Amazon are @ $10:

I would buy a pack to check if they fit but I am away on a project in Japan for another couple of months. Anyone else want to give it a shot?

Finally got around to buying these, no extensive look at them but did a quick switch and hit them with the chap stick lube, glove mounted easily but had to use a tool to take them off, I am diving tomorrow but using RoLock will try to get more info this week

Thanks for taking the hit for the team....and good to know the size works.

I am interested in your subjective evaluation of whether the 70A durometer purchased from Amazon is harder, softer, or the same as the original o-rings that came with the set.

I also just did a quick check on Amazon for a softer durometer of the same size o-ring, and found a size 345 Buna-N o-ring in 50 durometer:

If an o-ring softer than 70 durometer in silicone is required then size 345 x 50A durometer are available from McMaster-Carr for $8.03 each. Their shipping costs tend to be high though.

I would also be interested to know what are the specs for the sealing o-ring in the face of the Rolock 90 cuff ring.

I would not order these, ordered a set and they are to thick, took two people to get them on and a lot of effort to break them apart again using the tool, pulled these and put the old one back in for the second dive.

im really thinking about buying another set of RoLock for my spare suit.

Hmm...well thanks again for taking one for the team and testing them out.

Here are some pics I took before trying themView attachment 708186
they are very close, could work if you like your gloves semipermanent like DUI zip gloves

Would you be kind enough to share the following?

1. Which is the original o-ring in the picture above?
2. In your opinion the o-ring size (345) correct?
3. Can you tell if the original is significantly softer than the replacement you bought from Amazon (70 durometer)?

Who is your preferred US supplier/source for Rolock?
