I do look to the bright side of life, I turned off the news in the early 2000s, life became much better when you don't have those muck rackers ruling your life.
I believe deaths is all that counts, I said it about a year ago, we will never reach COVID 0, and more than likely it will become a seasonal virus. Remember when it was "Flatten the curve to lower the death counts" somehow that transitioned into the quest for no COVID. So I still subscribe that people will die, the goal is to reduce what we can without going down the road of illegal tactics like what China is doing.

I can see that having high vaccination rate has a big impact in keeping the cases under control.
I certainly agree. But a person has the right to decide if they get a treatment or not, particularly ones that are still considered to be experimental.
And before anyone thinks I am an anti-vaxer. I received the vaccine the day my age group of eligible to receive it. And I encouraged my mom, who is among the vulnerable population being that she has severe asthma, to get it as well even though she was reluctant. But I don't believe in forcing others to do something against their will, be it direct force or indirect force.

Vaccines will have full approval soon, what will you say then?
Vaccination will be required for an increasing number of activities over the current situation, school, work, dining, recreation...
Some thing that I said, I don't believe that we can justly force people to get vaccines. I believe that people have free choice.

No, people will not be forced to be vaccinated, it will only be required for the ability to participate in various activities, work, school, travel, recreation...
Which is effectively forcing them. And I am sure that the medical exemptions will be just as respected as they were for the mask mandates, which means court cases are going to be required before they are actually respected. Well at least the lawyers will get rich.
Too late, the various governments federal, states, and local did and likely will continue doing illegal tactics.
Right to speedy trial, gone.
Right to face your accuser, gone
Interstate commerce, largely restricted across the country for a large part of 2020
Life liberty and pursuit of happiness, gone
