I think I read that there is a form/survey you now fill out upon arrival (Covid questions I believe). Someone had a link to form if I recall correctly and you can have it with you when you arrive. Is it still the case? I haven't been through all 108 pages of this thread again, but I think it is in here somewhere. 20/20 hindsight (my wife) says I should have bookmarked it. Duh.

yes. a Covid 5-8 questions..carry it with the immigration card and both are found on-line.

Anyone with a link to the Covid questions?

Really, there seems no point. Last week flying into Cancun I filled it out and no one ever looked at it. On leaving from Cozumel I did the same with the same result.

Our airline (United) emailed us a notice of the requirement and a link to fill it out online.

Here is the Immigration form that can be completed up to 30 days prior to planned arrival. I've on planes that did not have any to distribute so it's a good idea: Instituto Nacional de Migración - Forma Migratoria Múltiple

Here's the one for Customs but it can only be done three days prior: Datos de identificación

And here is the health form site that was setting off my virus program as well as blocked by google, but it seems clean now: http://afac.hostingerapp.com/?__cf_...C1qMKg8vpr7kYTMm4FYMo3Qcujx18j1RwdI09A7sKp1Tw

Would someone wanting to fly to Cozumel despite knowingly having had contact with a COVID positive person necessarily have any compunctions about being less than forthcoming in his responses to questions about his exposure?

Like many of the measures being taken, it's mostly a show to say they are "doing something". I think it's actually counter-productive and the measures that do make a difference get lost in all the noise.

It's for show. It makes them look like they are trying. We have a similar problem in the States.
