email them. As said above, a bunch of people being unmitigated asshats drove them from posting here regularly despite the founder of that company being the driving force behind having manufacturers subforums in the beginning....

Is the Deep6 reg course in person only? Looking over their manual, nothing seems complicated at all, but a course certainly seems beneficial.

Rochester.
I believe that @Jim Lapenta teaches the Deep 6 class - he wrote the service manual - and definately the HOG class (they are the same in operating principal). He is based in SW PA. I'm going to need the HOG cert this year and would like the D6 as I will go that way in the future. Maybe we can do a combined class? There were others in the NY, NJ, and E PA area interested. Last year buf it never came off ...

I'm ok with a drive... As long as PA isn't on NY's COVID quarantine list. That'd be a no go for my job.

day by day.....

Now, regarding rebreathers...nahhhhhh. Never, ever in a million years.

You'll come over to the Dark Side, eventually, why fight it? Resistance is useless....

I discussed this with @cerich before, available time is always a consideration, but, at the time it seemed that it could be done via Zoom or equivalent IF the candidate had decent reg servicing experience. so that the course was really just about the D6 specific process. I have tagged him so he can jump on here and let you know the options available.

Oh and I second @NothingClever "buy once cry once" comment. In real terms the Signatures come out at the same price as Scribbles over the first year of their life and nobody has ever complained about having too many LP ports in my experience.

I bought two deep six signature regs last year. After getting to test run one at a tech event. And just took the Deep six coarse with Chris a few weeks ago. Money well spent I would recommend their regs and class.

Too bad they no longer have an official Canadian dealer. After a super-harrowing experience getting something shipped across the border recently (sent June 26, arrived TODAY) I am really reluctant to buy anything that requires cross border (USA-CDN) shipping for quite a while.

We can teach it via Zoom, or any of the other remote methods, however it requires that you have all the necessary tools, kits, and obviously a reg set, in person, for use during the course.

eep6 isn't being as active here now days as folks were being dicks. Might go on the Deep6 website and ask. They are responding there.

Chris and I are both around, but in a more limited capacity. Always happy to help customers though when needed.
