I only dive wet with a 3mm suit or a 7mm suit (with a 5mm glove). I sized the loops so it would work for both. It would work without a wetsuit, though a bit loose.

What's wrong with velcro? Many bcd's use a velcro strap to hold the tank on. My wife's zeagle zena is one such bcd. Never had any problems. If it can hold a scuba tank, surely it's sufficient for a little watch? Is this only secured with velcro? If that is the case then you can lose a pin and still retain the device but if the velcro comes undone, it is gone. I'm hoping I am misunderstanding the method of closure.

Any reason to not simply run a couple bungee loops through the screw bars? I had my Geo 2.0 like this for years until it recently died

I have been scouring the internet looking for a replacement for the Teric band. Hopefully this helps someone else. Narked at 90 is offering an updated bungee adapter. I have ordered one, I will report back with results.
I'm happy with mine,I have a N@90 bungee adapter on my Teric. I just looked at the N@90 website and the only Teric bungee adapter I see looks like the exact some one I got months ago.
Would def prefer the type you made for Suunto. Just two small independent pieces.
