Hi - I will be doing a 10 day bareboat charter late Nov, sailing out of Ao Po Marina. All on board are qualified, experienced divers. Suggestions please for hiring tanks to take with us. Also, are dive sites around Phi Phi, Ko Rachai Yai etc easy to locate ? Are there mooring bouys, or do you need to leave a top man aboard? Thanks

Yes, there are mooring lines at most sites, but not all. Quite easy to locate as well, shouldn't be an issue.

I'd be happy to supply tanks, if required compressor and other equipment. However do check with the charter company, some don't want a compressor on board, and some don't want tanks on board.

I would definitely not dive without somebody qualified and capable to move the boat to pick up/search for divers aboard the boat. It is easy to imagine a situation where the divers would not be able to swim back to the boat themselves.
